How far in advanced do you normally get booked?
Generally couples book 6-12 months ahead of their wedding date, some book as far as 18 months, some as little as 1 month. But the only way to guarantee your date is to book! So if you want my honest advice, book as soon as possible.

Do you always shoot with a second photographer?
Most of my wedding packages include a 2nd photographer. Having a 2nd set of eyes on your big day and a 2nd pair of hands just ensures everything goes smoothly and everyone has a great time. For intimate or destination affair I do generally shoot alone as it just makes more sense for the logistics and vibe of the occasion.

How much is the investment to hire you?
Every wedding is different and every couple has unique needs, but my collections start at $3500 and include full resolution images and an online gallery to share with friends and family. Portrait Sessions start at $500.

Do you offer engagement sessions?
The engagement session is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and spend some time together. Also it is a really great chance for you to get comfortable having your photo taken and get used to having cameras pointed at you for an extended period of time. This way when I show up on your wedding day, you are rip-roarin and ready to go. I can honestly say couples who do engagement sessions are WAY more comfortable being photographed on their big day than ones who didn’t. Plus you end up with some extra shots for of you guys not in wedding attire. Win-Win!

What is your travel policy?
I LOVE to travel and keep my travel rates as reasonable as possible. I love visiting new places, trying new foods, and seeing new sights! Please do not hesitate to ask me about coming out to capture your big day. I’ve photographed weddings down the street and also in Japan.

How long will our photos last?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H-Q7b-vHY3Q and that is way longer than your flowers, cake, dress, or suits. So when budgeting for your big day, that is something to keep in mind.

What gear do you use and do you bring backup equipment with you?
I use top of the line Canon gear and I always bring backup equipment with me to all weddings.
