So, picture this: last year was a wild ride filled with love, adventure, and tons of unforgettable moments. As an Orlando Wedding Photographer, I witnessed some pretty magical stuff, from heartfelt "I dos" to cozy family sessions, all across the U.S.

Now, let's talk about Tokyo. Man, oh man, that was something else! It was my third time visiting this incredible city, and let me tell you, it just keeps getting better. Not only did I get to capture two amazing weddings, but I also indulged in some of the most mouthwatering food experiences of my life. From savoring piping hot bowls of ramen to experiencing the artistry of sushi chefs crafting delicate nigiri, every bite was a culinary adventure. Jetting off to Japan to capture these weddings was a dream come true. The culture, the scenery, the traditions—everything about it was pure magic. Those weddings left a mark on my heart and my camera roll, that's for sure.

Speaking of photos, I've been sifting through the archives, and let me tell you, I've got some gems from 2023 to share. Each shot tells a story of love, laughter, and all the good stuff in between.

Orlando LGBTQ+ Wedding Photography at Bok Tower | Amanda + Nancy

Bok Tower Gardens is a beautiful location in Lake Wales, Florida, that offers stunning gardens and landscapes, making it the ideal backdrop for photography. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing a queer couple who met while working at Walt Disney World.

The couple's story is one of chance encounters. They both worked at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where they bonded over their mutual love of Disney and each other.

When the couple asked me to capture their love story at Bok Tower Gardens, I was thrilled to be part of their journey. We began the photoshoot near the iconic Bok Tower, which offers stunning views of the gardens and surroundings.

As we wandered through the gardens, the couple's love and joy were palpable. They were completely at ease with each other and the natural surroundings, creating an effortless and natural atmosphere for the photographs.

We explored different areas of the gardens, stopping at various locations to take pictures. Every spot we visited provided a unique and beautiful backdrop, from the tranquil reflection pool to the colorful array of flowers and plants.

As the day went on, the couple's love and connection only grew stronger. They laughed, hugged, and kissed, showing their genuine love and affection for each other. It was a joy to capture their love story and see how much they cherished each other.
