Boston food truck culture has really exploded in the past year but if you ask me the rockstar of our city is truly my good friends at Roxy's Grilled Cheese. James + crew took a simple concept and made it amazing. Locally sourced ingredients put into unique sandwiches. They were able to show off their goods this past year when they were featured on the Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race. Really, you can't go wrong with Roxy's, unless you don't eat cheese, but then you can still enjoy their delicious lemonades and truffle fries.
