Connie + Dan - Scarsdale Wedding Photographer

You probably remember Connie and Dan from their beautiful engagement session on Yale's campus. Now I get to share the photos from their perfectly stylish and personal Scarsdale, New York wedding that beautifully mixed Connie's chinese culture and traditions with Dan's Jewish culture and traditions. It's not everyday that you get the chance to photograph a tea ceremony immediately followed by a Ketubah signing. Dan and Connie brought in a yiddish dance master who had everyone dancing and stirred up one of the wildest horas I have seen to date. And then they ended the night by releasing two massive sky lanterns. What a fantastic day.

Connie and Dan - New Haven Engagement Photographer

Connie and Dan brought me over to New Haven where we went all over the Yale campus. Connie went to college here and Dan is currently working on a thesis here. They were able to show me all the amazing spots that Yale has to offer while we talked and got to know each other randomly discovering that Dan and I have a similar love for the menswear blog Put This On. New Haven and the Yale campus were amazing places to photograph these two, I love photographing a couple when they are in familiar territory. It puts them at ease in such a great way. I can't wait for their wedding in Connie's hometown of Scarsdale!
