This is day one of Jacqui and Sam's game changing two day affair. I am so happy I finally got the chance to photograph a Cambodian wedding. It took place in their home and involved four separate ceremonies, each one involving a new outfit for Jacqui, Sam, and the whole bridal party. Each ceremony and outfit was truly amazing and totally different from the last. I am so glad I got the chance to photograph such a beautifully unique wedding that perfectly matched this couple. Even though it was full of traditions including a hair cutting ceremony, monks, knot tying, and seed throwing. They still had fun with it and it was very much them. Thank you Jacqui and Sam for inviting me to be part of this amazing celebration. Day 2 coming soon. Liz + Will and a CT Harborside Engagement
One rainy Sunday I had the opportunity to drive down to the Liz's family's house in the beautiful town of Guilford, CT and with some kind of crazy luck by the time I arrived for the shoot the skies cleared and we got some BEAUTIFUL light to take advantage of. But not only was the light great. But I seriously think I am in love with Guilford now. It's a gorgeous beachside town with trees and the most fantastic houses and tiny islands. I am so stoked to go back and shoot their wedding there.
